Butterfly Quilt

Here is a picture of the quilt that I'm working on. It's called Butterflight. With every quilt in the book I have there is always a little note about the insect that might be on your quilt like a butterfly or a spider.

The note for the butterfly is.... The Butterfly is the classic harbinger of spring and nature's rebirth. No one (other than kids!) really like caterpillars, but as soon as they become butterflies, they're magic, spreading hope wherever they flit.

So as you can see I have the middle part done. I still have to embroider the border and then quilt it all together. So still a bit more to go but it's coming along atleast.

New Color!!! ...and Ju

So I've been really bored with my hair and the color so I decided to splurge and once again go back to my blonde highlights. Here's some pictures of the new masterpiece. And some of Julia.....

Ryan again with Jazlynn and Alex. This picture should really be worth millions of dollars. Ryan's not to fond of young kids.

And Buddy with his sweater that I made for him because he likes to go outside but gets really cold. I think he knows how funny he looks and rarely wears it out....
Then there's me at Christmas. Marci and Scott got us a baby that way people can't ask where are kids are at. Alex stayed here for a week after Christmas so Scott and Marci could go on a trip, and he would ask if he could sleep with our baby. It was cute! Though I think Alex made Ryan not want to have kids anytime soon!

Going Away

This past weekend was Ryans going away party from work. We went to the beach and had a small bonfire. It was fun and really not that cold outside. He got a cool shadowbox. After the beach we went on this boat that went back and forth from one hotel to another across the bay. Lots 'o fun!

BOWLING!!!

Our new thing is bowling right now. We go bowling atleast 2-3 times a week. We recently purchased our own balls, shoes and bags.



Of course, my ball is the pink one, Ryan's brand of ball, Tropical Storm, sells theres with scents, his is Black Cherry, it smells like Kool-Aid. Since I've gotten my new ball, I've bowled a high of 164!! Pretty good!
